Some coffees are comforting. This one is exciting. Strawberry Wine gets its name from the co-fermentation process, where fresh strawberries are added to the coffee cherries during fermentation. The result is a bright, juicy cup layered with creamy sweetness and delicate floral tones.

Drink it black and it’s a burst of ripe strawberry with a clean, tea-like finish. Add milk and you’ll swear you’re sipping a strawberry milkshake. It’s playful, aromatic, and unapologetically unique.

Brew Tips

Best as a pour-over or AeroPress for clarity, but also excellent flash-brewed over ice with a splash of milk.
