Lavender Syrup Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons dried culinary lavender
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions:
- In a small saucepan, combine the water, sugar, and dried lavender.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally to dissolve the sugar.
- Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let the syrup cool completely.
- Strain the syrup through a fine-mesh sieve into a clean container to remove the lavender flowers.
- Stir in the vanilla extract (if using).
- Store the syrup in the refrigerator in a sealed container for up to two weeks.
