Our online shop opens for drops Friday at 11am CT and closes Sunday at 1pm CT. During that window, you can place your order for that week’s release.

Once the drop ends, we roast everything fresh on Monday and ship it out on Tuesday. That way, you get coffee that hasn’t been sitting on a shelf.

If you’re signed up for texts / emails, you’ll get early access to the drop two hours before it opens to everyone else.

It’s a simple system that helps us stay focused on quality and keep each release fresh and limited.

As newcomers to the coffee world, we got tired of wasting full bags on brews we didn’t love. Sampling a bunch was the fastest way to find our favorites and open our minds to what coffee could be, but 12oz bags filled up our pantry and emptied our wallets. So we created our mini bags: 1/3 of the coffee for 1/3 of the price, so beginners and coffee nerds alike can explore, taste, and find the roast that actually hits.
