If coffee could be a slow, soulful groove, this would be it. Purple Haze comes to life during co-fermentation, when fresh grapes are added to the cherries, infusing the beans with rich, layered fruit flavors and a smooth, silky body.
On its own, it’s juicy and complex with a finish that lingers like a fine wine. With milk, it softens into something reminiscent of berry compote over fresh cream—decadent without being heavy.
Brew Tips
Pour-over will bring out the clean, winey character. For a fuller, more jammy cup, try French press or a slow-drip iced coffee.
