It’s grown in the highlands of Veracruz, where the altitude, soil, and climate create ideal conditions for producing clean, classic coffee. The beans are fully washed and dried in the sun, bringing out a smooth chocolatey body and a nutty sweetness that holds up whether you're sipping it black or drowning it in oat milk.
